Thirty days prior to an employee’s Ethics and Compliance Certificate expiring, the employee and theirsupervisor will receive a system generated email. If they employee does not complete the training by the expiration date, the employee and supervisor will continue to receive the reminder email on the 1st of every month, until the course is complete and participation is confirmed.
There was a delay in processing the termination PCR. The Ethics and Compliance training system does not know about an employee’s separation until the separating PCR has been processed through channels.
The new employee and their supervisor will receive an email on the 1st of the month after the employee’s hire date. They will have 30 days to complete the course. If they do not complete the course in that time they will continue to receive the email reminders every month until the course have been completed.
