Consultation

The ER team is available to guide employees on how to navigate and resolve work-related problems. The team also consults on the interpretation of our University policies and procedures, including appropriate disciplinary action.

Managers who are contemplating any disciplinary action with an employee, especially suspension or termination of employment, should consult the ER area immediately.
