In compliance with the Campus Security Act Title 34, Volume III CFR 668.41. The Texas State Campus Security Report is published each year and includes descriptions of campus crime prevention programs, procedures for reporting crimes on campus, and information about the number and frequency of crimes reported to the University Police Department over the last three years. The report provides summaries of university policies related to campus security and law enforcement as they relate to sexual offenses, liquor law violations, and controlled substance offenses. The Texas State Campus Security Report is available at no charge from the university's Offices of Admissions, Graduate College, Human Resources or the University Police Department. It is also available at www.police.txstate.edu under department information and publications.
