New Hire Orientation Forms

Online Only Forms

These forms will be filled out using our Dynamic Forms systems. Follow these instructions to fill out and submit your forms online:

  1. Interact with the icons below to access the form.
  2. Upon selecting a form, you will be prompted to sign in using your TXST credentials.
    • NetID and password
  3. Follow the instructions of the form until it prompts you to press next to submit.
    • You cannot edit documents after signing. Double-check that all information is correct before navigating to the next button.
    • If the “next” button is not appearing you may have missed some required information. Please ensure the forms are filled out completely.
  4. You will then be prompted to sign the form electronically.

HR Benefits Filedrop Forms

To securely share the following forms online, see the instructions below:

  1. Interact with the icons below to access the form.
  2. Before sending, please review your forms to ensure that they are fully completed and signed. We cannot accept forms that are missing information or signatures. Electronic signatures are accepted.
  3. Go to the HR Benefits Filedrop website.
  4. You will notice that the webpage is set up like an email message. Enter your email (can be your personal OR TXST email) in the 'From' box and attach your PDF documents by clicking the green Add Files  
  5. Add your name and “New Hire Documents” to the subject line (Ex. "John Smith New Hire Documents").
  6. Hit Send. If you are unable to send in this method, please let us know at hrbenefits@txstate.edu.
