This introductory training class is offered on a monthly basis to assist the SAP user with an overview of SAP organizational management and structure and guidelines for the PCR processing of staff and student workers. The participants will receive desktop hands-on training on how to access their own department’s organization structure and also learn the dos and don’ts when creating a staff or student PCR. We will also demonstrate the use of the SAP portal and creation of sample PCRs in MSS. This class is presented by Rosie Olivo, Lisa Vallejo and Roxie Weaver and covers a period of 3-4 hours.
