This hands-on workshop focuses on the hiring of hourly student employees. Understanding how to create a student PCR in SAP, the use of the PPSS program in organizational management to assist the department in tracking their student worker appointments and detailed instruction on completion of the student worker hiring packet.  This class also walks the user through the DISPLAY options available through PA20 – locating the action history, basic pay, organizational assignment, cost distribution, address, and many other options that will enable the user to track their student employee’s appointment information. This class is presented by Lisa Vallejo and covers a period of 2 hours.
