Salary Review

Regular staff whose employment began on or before September 4, 2018, will be eligible for a merit increase if they received a merit-eligible performance rating on their review for the period of June 2018 – May 2019.

Detailed instructions with screenshots have been created to assist department heads in entering increases for employees. 

Department heads are responsible for sending individual salary notices with the amount of the increase to their employees receiving an increase. Human Resources has provided a salary memo template.
