How do the ULP changes affect current staff?

I am a Coach here on campus and my title is no longer eligible for any ULP increases. I have received 1 ULP increase prior to August 1, 2018. Am I eligible to receive any more increases?
Yes, although your title is not eligible for any increases, you are grandfathered and may receive 3 more increases. A new hire into the Coach title will not receive any ULP increases. If you leave that job title for another job title that is not eligible, you will forfeit your grandfathering status.
