HOW TO COMMUNICATE WITH APPLICANTS YOU DO NOT HIRE

(Please note that all applicants will receive an automated email from PeopleAdmin when the position is 'Filled'. It is the responsibility of the hiring department to contact applicants, especially those who were interviewed but not selected.)

Informing applicants about not being selected for a job is crucial for maintaining professional courtesy and respect, enhancing the company's brand reputation, and ensuring a positive candidate experience. This practice not only provides applicants with necessary closure, enabling them to continue their job search, but also helps in building a talent pool for future openings. Transparent communication in the recruitment process is essential for nurturing potential future relationships with applicants.
