Equal Employment Opportunity & Title IX

building

LOCATION : Web-based training. Complete through the SAP Portal.

Overview:

Chapter 21 of Texas law requires all employees to complete EEO training and Texas State University System Sexual Misconduct Policy strongly recommends training regarding Title IX (Sexual Misconduct).  Failure to complete this training results in non-compliance with Texas law. Texas law requires that all state agencies provide equal employment opportunity training to all employees within 30 days of hire and every two years thereafter.

The EEO program is administered from the Texas State University Office of Equity and Inclusion. This office develops and maintains the agency's EEO policy. For questions contact www.txstate.edu/oea/
