Overview:

Chapter 21 of Texas law requires all employees to complete EEO training and Texas State University System Sexual Misconduct Policy strongly recommends training regarding Title IX (Sexual Misconduct).  Failure to complete this training results in non-compliance with Texas law. Texas law requires that all state agencies provide equal employment opportunity training to all employees within 30 days of hire and every two years thereafter.

How to Register:

  1. Sign in to your SAP Portal
  2. Click on the Training and Development tab
  3. Locate this workshop by searching for course title in search term box.
