In today's economy, it is hard enough to keep up with the bills, let alone save money. If you find it difficult to manage your money, you are not alone. In this seminar, you will learn about your options for saving money. We will also explore how to create a budget, how to prioritize saving, and how to achieve your financial goals.

This seminar supports the financial health pillar of saving.

You’ve seen colleagues participate in group exercise classes, cooking classes, and WellCats education classes, and you’ve wondered how they manage to get away from their offices and get the support of their supervisors. In this WellCats Education Series, we will hear from WellCats members who have successfully adopted and maintained healthy habits by participating in the WellCats program. They embarked on an adventure to find greater health and you can too. You will learn tips and strategies to make health a priority at work, which will translate to a greater ability to achieve your professional and personal goals.

The field of positive psychology emphasizes the importance of fostering one’s strengths and resources to increase psychological well-being. The focus of this talk will be on defining gratitude as a psychological character strength, the benefits of practicing gratitude, and strategies and tips for implementing gratitude in daily life to foster happiness, well-being and life satisfaction.

Ever wonder what influences our views on money? Why do we choose to spend versus save? This seminar walks you through the external and internal factors that impact your spending decisions and how we can form better spending habits.
