Important Updates on N.E.W. II Sessions

HR is committed to continuing a live and interactive N.E.W. II session for our new Bobcats! In accordance with CDC guidelines of social distancing, we will be conducting our monthly N.E.W. II sessions virtually via Zoom from 8:30 a.m. – 11:00 a.m. on the second Friday of every month until further notice.

Here are some important steps to keep in mind: 

• New hires will receive an email earlier in the week of their N.E.W. II session. This email contains resources that will help our new employee Bobcats get familiarized with the many aspects of campus we cover during this condensed N.E.W. II session.
  • Please ensure new hires have time to access and read this email prior to Friday.
  • This email will also include the Zoom link for Friday’s session. Please do not delete this message so you are able to quickly access the meeting link.
• Make sure a semi-private work area is available Friday morning. Because N.E.W. II is an interactive experience, the computer used during this time will ideally have two-way audio and visual capability.
