HR Essentials for TXST Managers

Talent Development & Communications launched the HR Essentials for TXST Managers certificate program. This certificate replaced the previous Managing@TXST course.

Through multiple webinars, the HR Essentials program provides an introductory overview of key topics, policies, and procedures surrounding HR. This program hosts multiple webinars that provide participants with the tools and resources necessary to help effectively approach various workplace issues.

Based on participant feedback we have launched an on-demand video library  to guide managers at TXST.  (The library serves as a complement to the HR Essentials for TXST Managers certificate program.)
