Dev Day 2024
Join us on May 20 for the third annual Development Day!
The first half of Development Day will be held in person at the LBJ Grand Ballroom. It will also be streamed live via Zoom for anyone wanting to attend the event virtually.
The second half of the event will be conducted virtually through Zoom. All participants have the option to choose their "Track" per session. The three track topics include: 1. Future Readiness 2. Bobcat Employee Essentials 3. Talent Management. In each session, the participants can select the track that interests them the most. There are no restrictions on which track they can choose.

Development Day Keynote Speaker
Dr. Cassandra LeClair
We are thrilled to have Dr. Cassandra LeClair share her expertise at Development Day this year! Cassandra is an award-winning professor, author, keynote speaker, and executive communication coach. Cassandra’s mission is to help others establish more meaningful connections both personally and professionally. Her transformative approach empowers individuals to decipher their emotional history, unravel relational patterns, and use self-awareness to communicate more authentically.
Cassandra is currently a Clinical Associate Professor of Management at Texas A&M, where she teaches about interpersonal relationships in the workplace. However, she has strong ties to TXST and the Bobcat family!
